Our practice is currently private pay. We accept payments via cash, credit, or debit through Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant app for your convenience and privacy.

Do you have a cancellation fee?We kindly ask that parents provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel an appointment. You can notify us via email, call, or text. No Fee: If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, no fee will be charged. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee. No-Shows: A $25 fee will also apply for missed appointments without notice. If the speech pathologist needs to cancel a session, you will not be charged, and a make-up session will be offered at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Do you accept insurance?We are currently in the process of credentialing with some insurance providers. This process can take several months, and we will update our website as soon as we begin accepting insurance plans. At this time, we are considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. However, this does not mean your insurance won’t cover some or all of the services. Depending on your plan and provider, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Tip: Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask a representative about your coverage for speech therapy services with an out-of-network provider.

When should I pay for the evaluation or treatment?Payment is due on the same day the service is rendered. Please note that a small service fee will be automatically billed for each session or service.
